This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website, www.alisolve.com. This policy is designed to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping terms and procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the guidelines outlined here.

Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation. All products undergo a careful preparation or crafting process, which determines the overall delivery timeline.

Delivery Time Calculation: Total Delivery Time = Handling/Crafting Time + Transit Time. (Please note that estimated delivery windows do not include the initial order approval time).

📦 SHIPPING OPTIONS & TIMELINES (UNITED KINGDOM)

1. STANDARD TRACKED SHIPPING (Standard Goods)

Applicable to: All non-customised, standard retail products.
Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 5 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Cost: FREE delivery across the United Kingdom.

2. BESPOKE & CUSTOMISED GOODS SHIPPING (3D Crystal Spheres)

Applicable to: Made-to-order items requiring personal photo engraving.
Bespoke Crafting & Handling Time: 7 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday). This covers 2D-to-3D photo conversion, quality checks, and high-precision sub-surface laser etching.
Transit Time: 7 - 12 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery: 14 - 22 business days (Approx. 2 to 4 weeks).
Shipping Cost: FREE tracked delivery across the United Kingdom.

3. EXPRESS SHIPPING (Where Available)

Applicable to: Eligible standard items only (Not applicable to custom/bespoke items due to the manufacturing process).
Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 2 - 6 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Cost: £4.99 across the United Kingdom.
Order Cutoff Time (All Shipping Methods): 12:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time / (BST) British Summer Time.

📍 ADDRESS CHANGES

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update your delivery address or swap your custom photo upload, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at alisolveteam@gmail.com. Once a custom item enters the physical laser-etching stage, no modifications or address rerouting can be performed.

🚚 DELIVERY & COURIERS

Orders are securely dispatched and delivered via Royal Mail or other reliable local premium carriers across the United Kingdom.

🔍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your package is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email. You can follow your parcel’s real-time journey by clicking the "Track Your Order" page directly on our website. Please allow 2–4 business days from dispatch for the tracking network to update its initial status.

🛑 CANCELLATIONS

Standard Goods: If you change your mind, we accept cancellations at any time before the package has been dispatched.
Customised & Bespoke Goods: Due to the permanent nature of custom manufacturing, orders for the 3D Customized Crystal Sphere can only be cancelled or altered within 12 hours of purchase. Once production and digital 3D rendering begin, cancellations are strictly not accepted. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

💔 DAMAGED PACKAGES

We protect our crystal spheres with industrial-grade padding. However, if you believe your order was damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately at alisolveteam@gmail.com within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
